Matthew Ramer, AIF®
Principal, Financial Advisor
Matthew was born and raised in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and earned a degree in American Studies from Brandeis University. He returned to Philadelphia 16 years ago when he began his career in financial services with Morgan Stanley. In 2006, he joined the firm Smith Barney, which eventually merged with his alma mater, forming Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Matthew specializes in financial and investment management for high net worth individuals and charitable organizations.
Reflective of his love for philanthropy, Matthew has logged more than 1,200 hours of community service in the last six years. He is the endowment director for the SAMFund, a young adult cancer survivor fund in Boston, and flies as a transport pilot for Mercy Airlift’s Angel Flights. Matthew achieved the rank of Major with the Air Force Auxiliary and formally served as a national search and rescue flight instructor. Due to his service to the musical community here in Philadelphia, Matt was inducted in the "Rock to the Future" Hall of Fame in 2019. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Northeastern Regional Folk Alliance as well as the Board of Directors for Weathervane Music.
Matthew has been honored with the Crescendo Business Services FIVE STAR Wealth Manager Award* as published in Philadelphia magazine for twelve years of the last thirteen. Less than 0.5 percent of financial professionals in the greater Philadelphia and South Jersey region have earned this recognition for seven years. Amy Killeen
Director of Operations
A Pennsylvania native and Lafayette alum, Amy comes to us with significant experience in the financial services industry. Starting in 1993, Amy worked in the large wire houses as well in the independent wealth management world. Amy has served in the role of Fixed Income Research Assistant and Private Client Services Sales Assistant for Morgan Stanley, and Account Executive for Pennsylvania Merchant Group. Amy also has experience in the energy efficiency industry having worked as a Project Manager and Corporate Trainer for Mark Group, Inc. Amy and her husband live in Havertown with their two kids, Siobhan and Brendan, and their dog, Skylar. Outside the office, Amy has a love for gardening and baking. She is also active in her township economic development committee, and volunteers with the local rain garden group.

Daniel Levinson, CFP®
Senior Financial Planner
Daniel Levinson CFP®, from Cherry Hill, NJ, graduated with a degree in Mathematics and a minor in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College. Daniel is accredited in both Financial Mathematics and Probability Actuarial Studies. He previously worked for Mutual of Omaha and has been a part of the MORWM family since late 2013. Daniel strives to develop deep relationships with the families he serves through trust, communication, and education.
As an avid music lover, Daniel plays the trumpet and piano, and enjoys composing original pieces. While at Franklin and Marshall he earned distinction as a member of the Music Department’s Honor Society. Dan is a passionate cyclist and participates in multiple charity rides each year. He captains MOR’s bike team for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s City to Shore ride, which won honors in 2018 as the top rookie team in the history of the event, raising over $110,000 to fund MS research and treatment. Devin Rainone, CFP®, CRPC®
Associate Financial Planner
Devin Rainone joined MORWM in September 2022. He graduated summa cum laude from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in International Business and a triple concentration in Finance, Economics, and Investments. Born and raised in Rhode Island, Devin previously worked as a Financial Planner for a firm in Providence, where he provided customized financial planning and guidance to clients. In addition, he designed investment strategies, rebalanced client portfolios, and executed trades. Devin is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) Professional and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®). He has passed Level 1 of the CFA Program and is currently working towards completing Level 2.
When Devin’s not modeling different retirement scenarios, parsing through tax returns, or determining asset allocation strategies, you’ll find him exercising (Peloton!), discovering hole-in-the-wall restaurants, trying new foods, and finding new podcasts (Freakonomics is a personal favorite). Devin also enjoys cycling, playing tennis and basketball, and learning about American History.

Seth R. Hoffman, AIF®, CFPA
Retirement Plan Specialist
Seth is a native of Philadelphia’s western suburbs and earned dual BS degrees with concentrations in Finance and International Business and a minor in Spanish from Pennsylvania State University. A fluent Spanish speaker, he specializes in advising employers and their employees with respect to the many challenging and impactful decisions involved with workplace retirement plans and institutional investment monitoring. Seth’s primary focus is to understand his clients’ corporate values and objectives in order to create a bespoke retirement plan offering that will mitigate corporate fiduciary liability, minimize fees, and position employees to maximize their retirement savings.
Seth is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA). His accolades include being named to the National Association of Plan Advisors “Top DC Advisor Team” in 2018, being included as one of the Financial Times’ “401 Top Retirement Plan Advisors” in 2016 and 2017, and being named one of the National Association of Plan Advisors “Top 50 Advisors Under 40” in 2016. Seth was again nominated for the “Top 50 Advisors Under 40” award in 2018, but declined due to the age requirement.
Seth and his wife Sabrina currently reside in Villanova, PA. In their spare time they enjoy traveling the globe, particularly to Spanish speaking countries.

Trish earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Liberty University in Virginia, as well as associate degrees in both Elementary and Special Education from Georgia Military College. She served as an Executive Assistant for Atlanta Counseling and Educational Consultants and as the Assistant to the Director of Hospital and Ambulance Services in Fayetteville, Georgia. She then began working as a flight attendant and went on to become a commercial pilot. Trish lives in Tampa, Florida, with her puppy, Lucy. She is an avid pickleball player. Trish has been working for MOR Wealth Management since the day of its inception in 2013, which makes her the longest serving employee. Trish is a Qualified Financial Paraplanner and Senior Client Experience Associate with MORWM.

Kirsten Warner
Client Experience Associate
Kirsten was born and raised in central New Jersey. She attended Rutgers University and obtained a Bachelor of the Arts in Cultural Anthropology before obtaining her teaching certificate from Georgian Court University. Kirsten taught special education in the high school setting for two years before joining MOR Wealth Management. In her spare time, Kirsten enjoys reading books, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. She has two children and thinks that they're pretty awesome. Kirsten serves the MORWM family as an Administrative Assistant and Client Experience Associate.
