Dear clients and friends,
Please everyone gather around as I, with tremendous excitement and great honor, introduce to you the newest member of our MORWM family, Gloria Hang!
As most of you know, we do not simply hire the best candidate we can find in a fixed period of time. Hardly! We began interviewing several months ago, and it was not until we found a truly exceptional person with great culture and a strong sense of giving that we invited Gloria to be a member of our family.
Gloria has relocated to Philadelphia to complement our administrative staff. She has significant experience with highly detailed office and administrative management skills. Her organizational acumen and her thoughtful communication style lend themselves to the highest level of customer (I mean family) service. But far more important than any of that is great culture, and the desire to be a great steward of the community. This is something everyone has heard me obsess over. We can train most intelligent people to use our specific software, and we can introduce anyone to the unique needs of each and every one of our family of clientele. But I cannot teach someone how to be a great person, or a thoughtful member of the community with a strong dedication to service. And that’s why we are so proud to have found Gloria- because she is, indeed, all of that!
Although she is humble about it, Gloria is also a talented amateur culinary artist, her specialty being cake and pastry design. Having an artistic outlet has always been important to me as an employer, because such pursuits promote creative thinking in all endeavors, not least of which is customer service. We are blessed to have found yet another great addition to the MORWM family. We have spent so much time creating an exceptional culture of service, respect, and community giving, and it’s humbling to have the great honor of introducing all of you to Gloria.
